Senior Administration role ~ Full-time position
The Physio Movement (TPM) is a leading national allied health brand, renowned for our commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centered care across Australia. Our multidisciplinary clinics offer a wide range of services designed to enhance the health and well-being of our clients. We are seeking a dedicated Lead Admin to manage the day-to-day operations of our front of house, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while embodying the TPM brand and culture.
Role Overview: As the Lead Admin at TPM, you will be at the forefront of our clinic’s operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will handle client interactions, manage appointments, and oversee the administrative functions that keep our clinic thriving. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards we are known for nationally. Experience with NDIS, DVA, and WorkCover is preferred and will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house, creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all clients.
- Manage clinic scheduling, client communications, and appointments.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and claims processing, with a focus on private patients, NDIS, DVA, and WorkCover.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks and maintain client records.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to support clinic operations and client care.
- Uphold and promote the TPM brand and culture in every client interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within an allied health or medical setting.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with NDIS, DVA, and WorkCover is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in administrative software Cliniko and Google Drive.
